What To Include On Pr-1811

LAPLAND

I'm back from Lapland ... and had a great time!

on Thursday night at nine went off: the meeting place was the train station in Helsinki. with all our luggage (so winter garment can already be difficult), we have therefore put up at seven to train in Myyrmäki. before we have a sandwich brought from subway and a kurko for the long journey. in kannelmäki then all on the train home from the from there. we have blocked the whole train with our bags, but what of it :-) - we were full of anticipation!

in Helsinki at the train station even our bus was waiting. such as on school trips have the same level and I are the best places (antepenultimate row) are reserved. and then went off: a 12-hour bus ride was before us. Fortunately, the bus was equipped with tv and dvd player, we also have about 2 hours talking to "friends". so early to 2h are all asleep ... only is not quite succeeded. about 6 hours early gabs the last pause before rovaniemi and after I slept for at least an hour. at 9, we have finally arrived at our goal: Rovaniemi, the capital of Lapland and the - in terms of area - the largest city in Europe. Most of the area is covered with forest ...

After a quick breakfast in the hotel, we have again made the trip: to santa claus village. santa claus is well known his residence in Lapland. directly on the polar circle. here will be 100 years in more or less celebrated Christmas. a photo with Santa Claus, we have not. 1. we would have to queue forever and 2 Would that be a bissl become expensive and 3 I think even non-Christian children to santa claus but ans (or kistkind ;-)). after the visit to Santa, we have a short stop in the supermarket to buy food to get to something reasonably cheap. back at the motel we finally get the key for our adorable cottage and unpacked. I have my cottage with level, charlotte, anne-laure marine and divided. since all three have French as mother tongue, it was at times a bissl annoying when was constantly talking in French.
our dear little cottage even had its own sauna and we have tried the same with a subsequent jump in the snow! There is also evidence photos, We'll see whether to be published! oh that was great! after a nearly successful meal (pizza, which unfortunately due to lack of kitchen equipment is a wayward bissl), we are short of danilo (of all things organized) went for a beer. by one I went to bed - after all we had on Saturday was much before departure, and already by 8

on saturday we went up 8 park on the way to the wildlife. drive to an hour we were there and were immediately dressed for the snow-mobile safari. The suits were very sexy and only the helmets ... but we have not frozen. nor was the sky overcast ...

after a short introduction, we (Bene and I) set off simultaneously with the first group. Fortunately, Bene has no driver's license and could not take the snow mobile - so I had the opportunity to drive all the time! and oh - what can I say: it was amazing! the endless expanse of Lapland are just as impressive. with the snowmobile across forests and meadows (of which we have obviously not seen anything). and we were blessed with even more: just after our departure with the snowmobiles the sun came out! I can not put into words: blue sky sunshine, radiant, snow, forest and wide ... and we are inside the middle! , stays in the air really fast.

but the snowmobile ride in itself was also very funny: unfortunately I could only drive a short 80 km / h, because the group is a bissl difficult. Fortunately, I went in the back and could even stop briefly, pull up all other leave to be really swish of the snow. our guides (one is moved forward, one back) had a lot fun with us. Halfway we have to make a short pause inserted at photos. finally a snowball fight came of it.

back starting point when we have the snowmobiles to the 2nd group passed and have switched to a huskeyschlitten. Unfortunately, this trip was very very short, but still an experience! the dogs were totally quirrlig and could not wait to go jet!
are huskeyschlittenfahrt after we pay to the ... and even then we were allowed to make a sleigh ride. without the accompaniment. only our dear reindeer was a bissl tired. But call after a few such as "run, forrest, runn" and "Go, go, go" and "hey hey hey" it is short .... trotted very short. but who cares! it was funny!!

at 13:00 it went back to Rovaniemi to the small ski area located in the "city". which is composed of three ski lifts and five runs (four of which are supposedly red slopes). but when you get the possibility to go skiing in Lapland? bright sunshine, the best ski conditions and about 15 degrees (or colder). the snow is very different than in Austria and it was great. top of the mountain (or hill better) had an incredible view of this frontier ... basically a single forest.

after this eventful day we are again in the evening in the sauna and chose the party in Rovaniemi (-city :-)) made ready. another long night in the club onnella (which seems to be everywhere in Finland).
to four, we were lucky to get a taxi right - because at -29 Degrees to wait for a taxi is definitely not funny. I always had the feeling that my nose would freeze together! abe this cold is still so great!

Sunday, 9:30 am, Rova-Motelli, Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland: 42 students try after a long, eventful and rich party Saturday on a 12 hour bus ride to prepare. I think my colleagues have cottage-like alka seltzer learned to appreciate - especially marine. wrestling with deep eyes and completely ready, we have a heavy heart on the way back to Helsinki made. An hour later we still have a stop placed in kemi, shortly visit the biggest snow castle in the world.
then we continued - In the middle of a snow storm inside. Thus was a 12 hour trip home a 14stündige.

summary I must say that the 5000 km, the days we had covered in 3 have paid DEFINITELY! It all seems still thought to be in Lapland and would return immediately! It was impressive so ... I would like to know how it is in the summer there ...

a fly in the ointment there is unfortunately: northern lights I've unfortunately not seen. maybe we need to sami-wisdom "if you have ever seen northern lights, one is for the rest of his life happy" to rephrase: "If you were once in Lapland, one is for the rest of his life happy" ...

here are some photos from the weekend:

Navy Federal Credit Union Pre Commissioning Loan

beatsteaks concert @ Tavastia

jaaaaa! ! I was there and am still upset always! Today was the Beatles concert in Tavastia klubi and I must say it was awesome!

Tavastia klubi is a small (less than a bissl chelsea in vienna), run-down (come down less than chelsea) club in Helsinki directly. after the club was relatively small and the Beatles are still not as well known here in Finland, the concert was somehow personally. It should also all currently in helsinki living German (and maybe Austrians - I have unfortunately not met) have been represented. it was spoken at least mostly German and I've heard almost exclusively German.

well, to the concert: as the club is very small and the crowd was not very big, I'm standing with Dorte in the first row and it was great! already we could almost feel the sweat and the spit was opened ;-)... "stand up shut up" with "she was great" and ended with hats and everything in between other! between us arnim with a little hiphop (I must say - very amusing!) entertained. not even a broken guitar was the mood on and off the stage destroy. arnim then a round shot by the club to people in the short term to the series in the rear to join. I can only say again: concerts in the small frame have something. Dorte will hopefully provide me with photos and videos from the concert. she has got hold the setlist ...

so I have to take a shower (not just the beat steaks are sweaty, I'm sure the food of today down hopped and danced!) And besides I still have a few questions for "trade, law and internal market" answer . Tomorrow we are going to uni at 9. BUT: only sleep 3 times and then we make our way to Rovaniemi (Lapland )!!!!

many kisses of a tired, exhausted but happy antonia

Whats Tilt In Lacrosse

everyday and a surprise

good night my love, now I was lazy

long time, but it may stop just nothing exciting to report. I wonder just what I could write.

the uni-daily has started, but honestly I must say that it appears to me not Sun I'm only 4 days a week there (this is the week on Wednesday failed course - so there were only 3 days).

this week There was one our supermarket a great offer: 1 kg fruit vegetables for 1 €! at the sight of lime occurred to us is only one thing: mojito! Thus we have the same almost 2 kg lime purchased and all invited for Thursday in our meeting room to a mojitoparty. the party was successful. most are in such a way to midnight in a club traveled to Helsinki, but we had left behind much fun to four. On Friday we had for the first time "finnish culture and history" and went to the national museum. it might have been quite interesting, makes me mad our professor: her English is terrible (she is from Argentina) and speaks very slowly. well, somehow we will survive this - finally, we come as free museums in (hopefully) more interesting.

so, and now the surprise - which was not so great: I think it was on thursday morning: lucie was already on the uni and I'm just got of the shower and wanted to go into my room. only with my little towel I do on the bathroom door and before me is a total stranger in our home! It turned out that it is the electrician who was to set up a socket in Bene's room. I must honestly say that I'm pretty pissed at Hoa (the dormitory management). the electrician can not just walk into our apartment! even if he has rung, that's not easy. would be purely marches, if no one had been there or thought it no one is there. On Monday I'll call time on hoas. I do not want anyone presence in my apartment without my is.

so, I must stop now, unfortunately. I go into the sauna!

many kiss from a finally cold Finland!

Top Gynaecologists In Mumbai

Suomenlinna, and sauna ....

as already announced, we are on sunday to Suomenlinna (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suomenlinna or http://www.suomenlinna.fi/ - for historical details, etc. I'm just too lazy ) down. We were very lucky - after a few days rather gruesome, gray came out on sunday the sun and it was beautiful - albeit freezing cold! Therefore, we have only one kahvi (coffee) and pulla (a national dish and something like a cinnamon bun) indulgence. then we have a bit divided - because if 10 (or more) people roam together, it's kind of exhausting life. I then went with bénédicte alone and have even moved. and our decision is clear: we are in the spring when it's warmer again go out.

here are some photos:
Suomenlinn a

yesterday I had arrived (yes, it is finite) with level and Lucie went to Ikea and I am with a large saucepan come back - I have, embarrassingly, the only large cooking pot we had with chicken curry ruined (ie curry is completely burnt - pot broken). now he is in the kitchen around and waiting for it to be disposed of.

today was my first real day at the uni: unusual legally I had to be there already by 9. I've already got used so much of my breakfast (an egg and a bread or porridge kaurapuuro =) and also did not waive romain, I had to get up early. my - more or less - 3 apartment mate Romain (who now had no uni), is still standing in front of the door by 8 and former glory during the breakfast, I could get ready for uni. After breakfast at 8:45 we went to the uni (fortunately we go back only 10 min). The first course I attended is the "trade, law and internal market". is very interesting and the professor is funny. The second course for me on tuesday "management and organizational behavior" chapman at daryl. The course is one of the first year for us and therefore almost certainly very comfortable. Chapman is a Brit through and through. even the dry humor was amusing today: Kotler was compared with a magpie (a magpie) ...

well, after a very busy Unitag I'm love with my two girls went to the sauna. yes, that's right: we have a sauna in the dormitory. I never have so enjoyed the sauna. and our mind is laid: from here we go 2x a week in the sauna. and from next week we want to go swimming in the swimming pool (just around the corner from us) once a week.

well, and now the biggest news: I'm going to LAPLAND!! The trip is organized by one of our tutors and is dated 21-24. february. 42 students to go and we will live in 11 cottages (http://www.lapland.fi/rovamotelli/). and that level and I have logged on as two of the first few, we also get a cottage with own sauna! lapland and we can have a dog sled, reindeer and snowmobile safari: to make (and many others http://www.wildlifesafaris.fi/?deptid=20514). Also we make a excursion in the village of Santa Claus ;-). which should be close to our cottages. AND if I'm lucky, I'll finally see aurora! cih am so excited and also bénédicte goes like this: we jump around in the apartment and sing: "we are going to lapland" ...

so that's it for today ...

many kisses, antonia

Banks In Chicago That Do Not Use Check

what 's happening in a week ...

very good evening, and bonsoir Hyvää iltaa!

I am now for over a week here in Helsinki and now we have already settled in pretty well. now I'm sitting in the kitchen and chat a bit with plane and romain (what crepes tonight for us prepared). little is happening - to be honest, I slept for five and we are quick to smarket (the nearest supermarket) went before the zusperrte.

so what happened this week:

as already announced, we went on tuesday to ikea. that was one way easier than initially believed. at ikea we had lots of fun. bought was only after a gain in ikearestaurant: where we have eaten of course good köttbullar. Then little things were bought for the apartment and my room looks out at last a bit homely.

the return path is designed much more difficult. we just take the next bus has been taken of. have well, it turned out that we change and the bus driver - let's say so - had a somewhat strict odor. and until we have figured out where we need to change bus in what and how much we have to pay, just before I was to be passed out (okay, that was now a bissl exaggerated, but that was about the feeling). Finally, we are then again come to Myyrmäki.

on wednesday for the first time we went to the uni. Since most of the Erasmus students in our uni kannelmäki (2 train stations away from us) and the uni Myyrmäki live with us in, we were picked up by the big squad and have jointly made on the way to uni. It was really fun to see how such a large group cut across Myyrmäki the way to the university makes. at uni we were taken by ay in receiving. ay is responsible for the exchange students and a really very affectionate and friendly woman. they gave us new flavors over the plain, about Finland and the possible courses for telling us. after two hours was again all over.
Marty was so nice and made us all to be invited for the evening. so the "get to know" phase has not yet extended to the evening.

ikea and party photos:
IKEA and party by Martina

on Thursday of the second day was at the uni. but even then not much has happened: we have compiled our timetable to get a tour of the uni and then our first lunch in the cafeteria had been (now not outstanding, but fills you up and is cheap: 2.35 for a hot meal want bread and salad as much as you, and a drink). and was kind enough to us a guided tour organized (fortunately the bus because it was very very cold). even here there are a few photos:
second SIGHTSEEIN gtour of Helsinki

were on plane, and I pretty romain erleidgt and decided to spend the evening with pizza and movies to. sometimes as a frozen pizza is unbelievably good and we had a good film. romains since most of the time flatmate with the other Italians from kannelmäki spend, it is the most time with us. He has moved basically been with us and has left his mattress already has one.

yesterday, friday, we have three of us slept right times, had breakfast and tidy trying to figure out where we can wash like linen. we knew that our neighbors are at the WAMA's house, but had no idea how that works. it is rather complicated, but in the end has managed this.
five was the "International Dinner" at the uni. everyone should bring a snack. all the other Erasmus students from other programs (which are located in other parts of the city) were invited. have a leisurely dinner and I bénédicte home, we have sent and are made with love and our tutors romain maija, Liisa and leena direction helsinki down. was in Helsinki at club Kungliga welcome the Erasmus student-organized a huge party. all erasmus students from Helsinki and surrounding area were invited. although there is not necessarily my favorite music was played, it was an incredibly funny party with a great atmosphere. It is simply wonderful to see that so many nationalities celebrate with each other and just have a good time together. One wonders then, already, why is it in the small and large non ...
Erasmus Welcome Party at the Kungliga

was in any case it is a long evening at 2:50 and a train goes to the Myyrmäki we trying to achieve. bénédicte pitch and had slipped on the carpet and the output is exactly fallen on her eye - she now has a black eye, that all my old blue spots in the shade.

well, and now we are back to the beginning of this entry. The dough for the crepes just snapped, bene phoned her friend and puts his underwear romain good together and I write ... how cozy :-)

oh, I forgot something important: I'm learning a bissl French. in that much time I spend with Bene and romain and lucie (the third in our apartment, which arrived there until tomorrow) is all French, I thought I should take advantage of the chance. unfortunately, is not just on the uni-beginner French courses offered, but now I try just the way to get a feel for the language.

so now there crepes!

1000 hugs & kisses, antonia
